It is something we are happy to offer to customers in situation when people buy mattress without trying it first... as customers from other cities ot parts of NZ willing to do.
That policy means that if you are not happy with your choice of the firmness of the mattress and can explain us your reason for it, we are happy to exchange the mattress core to other design which you and we and you think will be more suitable for you.
If chosen by you design is more expensive you will need to cover the difference. If it is cheaper, we will offer you additional items to compensate the difference ( something as set of natural pillows or mattress protector).
Please, call us, write us, come to try our mattresses in our showroom/workshop.
We are very happy to assist you to make a right choice.
