Hello Sukhita. Era and I are absolutely amazed with our new bed. It is everything you promised and then some more. Era especially loves the mattress cover which is made from bamboo fabric quilted with pure NZ wool. So comfortable and with no synthetic fibres it is so cool and refreshing. The mattress is extremely comfortable and together with the American Ash slat bed (which looks stunning) and the totally natural mattress protector it is like sleeping on a giant cloud. Thank you very much for sorting the freight company. It is how a problem is solved that gives meaning to ‘going the extra mile” for your customers. All the very best and we will certainly be singing your products’ praises whenever we are asked for our opinion on new beds and latex mattresses.

Everything is fabulous – we are finding the firm mattress extremely comfortable (thanks so much for swapping over for us). The silk duvet is wonderfully cosy, and I love my latex pillow. I swear by INNATURE – we featured them in an issue of OHbaby! Magazine. I have a king single Innature coco/latex mattress on my daughter’s bed and if I had the money, I’d get them to make me one for my Super King size bed. I have met the company owners a few times and think they are very passionate about what they do. I personally think they are the best brand out there and highly recommend them. If I have another baby, I will be replacing our innersprung cot mattress with one of their natural cot mattresses.

Just to let you know that our order arrived in top condition and that we’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now. We’re really pleased with it, the best way to describe your bed is to say that it’s extremely welcoming in a way that I’ve never experienced! I don’t know if it’s due to the absence of static or to another factor but it’s great… And it smells wonderful, an interesting mix of beeswax, wood and wool. So, full marks for all the bedding we received.
I also found that the conditioning of the parcels (wrapped in off-cuts) was great, a very nice change from bubble wrap!

Hi Sukhita, just to let you know how much I love my new bed!It has purr-factor times x! I DO sleep better now and I already notice my back improving as well. I adore the buckwheat pillow and the beautiful smell of the wax on the base. If I would have known how happy this new bed makes me I would have bought it ages ago. You are right: Life is too short to sleep in a bad bed. It was a pleasure dealing with you and I certainly will recommend you to my friends.
