Prices
All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$),and include Goods and Services Tax( GST).Freight
Your goods can be collected directly from INNATURE factory/showroom or sent to you via courier or furniture delivery company (depending on size & weight of items ordered).Freight is calculated depending on the number of items ordered. Furniture items are send via Furniture freight companies and items charged per cubic measurements .
Return & Refunds Policy
We would like our customers to be satisfied with purchases they make with INNATURE. if you are not satisfied with your purchase for reason of quality we welcome your return (it is not applied for all items) or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met;- Please ensure all items are returned unused.
- Items has not been assembled in whole or in part.
- Items in the condition in which it was sent to you,the item is in its original package.
!!! Natura Futon Mattresses and "custom made" to specifications of customer Natural Mattresses or other "custom made" items can't not be exchanged or returned.
Remember to include your details.We will notify you as soon as we receive the product and will provide you with a credit note to be used within six months. Any courier problems, should be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email or phone. No refunds on freight charges.
If you take delivery of an item and the contents are damaged or item is faulty, you should advice INNATURE by email or phone as soon as possible and always not later than 3 days following receipt by you of the item. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

Is there a warranty?
All our baby products come with 2 years warranty, child's mattresses with 5 years warranty and adult range with 7 years. :-)This warranty covers workmanship and materials. Warranty covers sewing work and performance of the core.
Warranty doesn't cover any issues connected with the way customer used the mattress. It doesn't cover mold, water or any other damage, which happen while customer used the mattress. Every mattress comes with detailed care instruction.
All of our bedroom furniture comes with 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, some bed frames come with 10 warranty. This warranty can only be provided because INNATURE use high quality materials, the very latest technologies and precision craftsmanship to produce furniture to the highest standards.

When you place an order with us you will be asked to fill out and submit your name, telephone number, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card information.We take responsibility to keep this sensitive information confidential. We would like to ensure you that we will not sell, distribute, or otherwise publish your personal information to any third party. Stock And Supply
Usually we have in stock range of cot mattresses in American size, bedding of standard size, pillows, blankets, duvets and Queen size Mattresses in all firmness.We try to keep production time for most other products and sizes of Natural Mattresses and bedding 3-4 working days.
In some orders production time can be extended to 10-12 days.
Production time for Slat bed frames is 5-10 days.
